BASKETBALL REGISTRATION

 
MISSION
The Our Lady of Lourdes CYO Basketball Program is exclusively focused on developing basketball fundamentals individually and collectively as a team via positive and inclusive experiences.  Many of the Program's participants have 2nd sports or activities that do not allow those Players to be present 100% of the time.

ELIGIBILITY
This application is intended for any boy or girls in Grades 3-12 interested in playing CYO basketball.  Should OLOL not be able to host your Player's specific age or skill level, all efforts will be expended to place your Player with other partnering Parishes and/or Parochial schools to ensure that your Player participates in the CYO program somewhere within the Diocese of Harrisburg.  The only requirement for participants is that Players must either attend a Parochial School or be registered in Faith Formation classes with your home parish.

The OLOL CYO Program does not have "try-outs" as we do not exclude anyone.  Players are strongly encouraged to attend as many "open gyms" hosted by OLOL as they can to ensure that they are placed on a team that most closely aligns with their skill level.

COSTS
There is no cost for registration in the OLOL CYO Basketball Program.  There is also no volunteer fee either.  However, Players are responsible for their uniform costs (approximately $75.00) and get to keep their uniforms.  Players returning from the 2024-2025 OLOL Program are not required to purchase new uniforms.  Families should expect nominal admission fees into games and tournaments customary with CYO within the Diocese.  As the Season approaches, OLOL will offer a "Season Pass" for discounted admission to "home" games only.
